What is a good non-animal tested gel/cream eyeliner for beginners?

I would like to try cream eyeliners that are cheap and not animal tested.


Also if anyone can give me some tips that would be amazing!

Well, i just bought another gel liner from Coastal Scents that runs $6.95 and it doesn't animal test. That is the only brand that i know, that is cheap, that doesn't test on animals. I don't remember seeing Revlon, Rimmel, Almay, etc. having gel, or cream liners.

The easiest gel liner to use is by far MAC Fluidline.


Plus it lasts like forever and a day.
