What is the difference between Garner Fructis's hard curl gel and the soft curl cream?

I have tightly curled hair. It has never been permed nor colored. I always wear it out. I want to try some Garner products but I'm confused about these two. I want curls that hold but aren't the fake crunchy gelled hard curls! Gel usually does that! the soft cream sounds nice but will it hold?What is the difference between Garner Fructis's hard curl gel and the soft curl cream?
Try this.... Take a little of the gel and mix it with a little of the cream. It should give you the benefits of both. I use this when styling my clients. It works wonders and they love it.
