I watched a TV programme last year where they tested eye creams from very expensive (over 拢100) to cheap. The winner was one by Garnier called Ultra lift Eye Cream - in a white tube with red on it. Available in Boots %26amp; Superdrug for under a tenner. I bought it and it has softened the crows feet - they are still there but not as noticeable. I think that's the best you can hope for from a cream.What is the best instant eye cream/gel for crows feet ?
I've heard hemorrhoid cream works as an instant fix.
